Senegal’s odds haven’t changed with the news that star striker Sadio Mane is out. However, we tend to place flyers on draws. This is the best team in Africa, Ismaila Sarr has the quality to lead up front and Kalidou Koulibaly is one of the best defenders in the world.
usa v wales
Monday at 2 p.m. ET on Fox
As you probably know, the USMNT is back in the World Cup for the first time since 2014. The drought pales in comparison to Wales’ first World Cup in 64 years. Gareth Bale remains a star for Wales after a part-time spell at LAFC, while Aaron Ramsey remains a key component. The Welshman’s biggest problem is Joe Allen. He injured his hamstring in September and hasn’t played since. If Allen can’t go, there’s no real replacement on the team.
We will lead the US team to win what may be one of the five most crucial games in the group stage. The underdogs of this match have a huge climb into the round of 16.
