Jasenya McCauley will tell you that she’s that student at Schenectady High School, known for having her own fashion sense.
Later she went to college and became interested in a few subjects, but fashion prevailed.
After college, she worked in retail. Many opponents told her she couldn’t own her own business.
She didn’t listen – chose to start her company Styld N Emrgd in 2017.
They do a variety of things including floor planning, production management, creative direction, costume design and styling.
She has also worked at Proctors and even appeared in commercials.
She does it all where she grew up.
