Developed in conjunction with PlainID partners, the technology network provides PlainID’s technology globally to help organizations securely transform authorization and access control.
The mission of the PlainID Technology Network is to enable identity-aware security across all parts of the enterprise technology stack by optimizing integration with mission-critical adjacent technologies.
The goal is to give partners complete visibility and control over who can access what, when, and by whom.
“Authorization governs, controls and enforces the identity connections that determine which resources, data, functions and applications people can access,” said Gal Helemski, PlainID’s chief product officer.
“We’re simply addressing the biggest challenge in the IAM space. Our network aims to solve it by providing out-of-the-box solutions integrated into world-leading technologies,” Helemski added.
The PlainID Technology Network works with global partners to deliver authorization and access technology – helping to transform and modernize security.
Network partners work together by leveraging:
- PlainID’s pre-built and custom authorization integrations support technologies across IAM, IGA, data, API, microservices and SASE;
- PlainID’s “Authorizers,” the company’s out-of-the-box, easy-to-implement method of managing and enforcing authorization policies; and
- Advanced controls secure access to API gateways, data centers, microservices, applications, identity providers (IDPs), and IGA technologies.
Simon Moffat, founder and analyst at The Cyber, said: “The past three years have seen a growing demand for authorization capabilities across a range of assets from APIs and websites to consumer data and the Internet of Things, requiring a broad range of Integration.” Cabin.
“The ability to provide sophisticated access control to more systems, often deployed across a range of cloud and on-premises ecosystems, will enable CISOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders to deliver business value based on data sharing and collaboration. Organizations will always benefit from Supplier partnerships such as the PlainID Technology Network,” continued Moffatt.
With the rapid growth of data, enterprises and their security and data teams are under increasing pressure to ensure that data is not exposed to unauthorized users.
PlainID’s network helps businesses grow and modernize by simply and securely connecting people with the digital assets they need to get work done, tasks done at scale and digital commerce.
Current network members include Snowflake, Dremio, Okta, SailPoint, Apigee, Denodo, BigQuery, and more.
