TORONTO, Oct. 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Firan Technology Group Corporation (TSX:FTG) announced today that Amy Rice has joined FTG’s Board of Directors.

Mrs. Rice is CEO of Sy-Klone International, a global leader and manufacturer of air filtration products for industrial machinery and military applications in the United States and internationally. Prior to that, Ms. Rice had extensive experience in the transportation sector. Mrs. Rice, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida, has over 20 years of business experience with extensive experience in strategy, operations, finance and marketing. Mrs. Rice holds a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
