(NASDAQ: DRVN) (“Driven Brands” or the “Company”) reported today that it will migrate its glass service offerings to the Auto Glass Now (“AGN”) brand beginning in 2018 January 2023. Since entering the U.S. glass business less than a year ago, Driven Brands has grown to approximately 175 locations and more than 700 mobile equipment today.

Auto Glass Now’s new brand will focus on the customer value proposition of speed, friendliness and proximity.
During 2023, the company will migrate its location under Auto Glass Now and roll out updated brand collateral online, in advertising, in new and remodeled facilities, and in mobile service vans. Rooted in a tradition of personal service from local experts, Auto Glass Now is now focused on delivering an “amazing experience” by making auto glass repair increasingly fast, friendly and convenient. As part of this rebranding, all facilities and mobile vans will be equipped with the latest tools and equipment in the industry to ensure quality automotive glass repair services for any make or model.
