Stepping into the VIP atrium of the National Convention Center, you will be greeted by a giant LED display screen with a height of 25 meters x a width of 18 meters and a resolution of 8K. This provides events with up to 450 square meters of digital real estate to display information, agendas, sponsor logos, visual stories and create a more immersive experience for visitors.

A state-of-the-art electronically variable sound system means professional sound quality for CNCCII concerts, operas, fashion shows and other entertainment events that will bring unforgettable experiences.

CNCCII’s digital twin management platform will bridge the gap between facilities and operations, providing a better event experience and efficiency.

The AR indoor wayfinding system allows users to use their smartphones to find their way in and around CNCCII’s 420,000 square meters through dynamic and continuous location guidance. This technology makes the experience in the fixed space of CNCCII easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, visitors will be easily directed from the event program to their meeting room. It will enhance the indoor experience of this massive venue while contributing to a safer environment – ​​helping visitors find emergency exits in the event of an emergency, or efficiently seating visitors in the center to avoid overcrowding.

CNCCII’s virtual meeting setup tool takes the guesswork out of planning by allowing organizers to choose the room layout they want, then preview the overall layout and how many people will be able to accommodate it. The tool will help reduce setup time, improve circulation and crowd control.

The metaverse copy of CNCCII will make on-site inspections faster and easier, significantly reducing the time and resources spent on-site. This VR technology means it is possible to explore the center while interacting with the venue’s sales staff. Planners can simply use their laptops or put on a VR headset to progress from a flat-screen experience to an immersive one, interacting with the environment and the people within it. Planners can also customize the space they want in the Metaverse instance to suit the needs of each event.
