“Our disaster operations team is mobilizing and we are waiting to learn more about the specific needs of our communities,” the Red Cross said in a statement.
The Swanzey Police Department posted on their Facebook page that first responders were at the scene of the plane crash and the building was on fire.
The National Transportation Safety Board said it was investigating the accident.

They asked people to stay away from Lower Street.
Keene police said Route 12 near the Swanzey line should be avoided due to a serious accident.
